Fruits are a great healthy snack for kids. Fruits are packed with many nutrients. The best thing about fruits is that they are low in fat and calories. Fruits are also packed with many antioxidants. I have babysat for over ten years and worked at a daycare for about three years. I put together this list based on what fruits most kids I’ve worked with liked.
