Halloween is coming up. I made a great Halloween trail mix recipe for Halloween. This delicious and kid-friendly trail mix will not disappoint. You can serve it at a party as a dish or package it in individual bags for favors. Lets get started with step by step instructions. The recipe is provided below.
First you will need all of these items in the photo below. Honey Chex mix, peanut butter, hazelnut spread, Scooby Doo graham crackers, candy corns, powdered sugar, and Halloween themed peanut M&Ms.
Second, step is to gently mix the Chex mix, peanut butter, and hazelnut spread until completely combined.

Third, you want to slowly and gently add the powdered sugar and mix in until all combined. You want most of the Chex mix pieces to be separated from each other once mixed well.
Fourth, you want to add all the ingredients into a very large mixing bowl.

2 cups creamy peanut butter
2 cups hazelnut spread
1 12.5oz box honey Chex mix
5 cups powdered sugar
1 11oz bag of candy corn
2 10oz bags Halloween peanut M&Ms
1 box Scooby-Doo graham cracker snacks
Directions
- First, put the peanut butter, hazelnut spread and Chex mix in a large mixing bowl.
- Second, mix all of that together well but gently. Try not to break the Chex mix.
- Third, add the powdered sugar gently and slowly until incorporated. Once mixed well the Chex mix pieces will break apart into individual pieces.
- Fourth, put the Chex mix, candy corns, peanut M&Ms, and Scooby-Doo snacks in a very large mixing bowl.
- Fifth, mix it all together gently until all incorporated.
- Serve as a party dish or as a favor for kids. Enjoy!
